ahh. okay. WE just read the Great Gatsby, and as a project, we have to come up with a few discussion questions related to Gatsby's childhood. For example...
-how can one change identity/recreate oneself;
-the effects our childhood have on us;
-how we identify ourselves;
-is it possible to deny your past and become something different;
-to what degree is it ethical to totally become reborn into a new and different person;
-what do we owe the past;
-what makes up our identity ?how do we define ourselves and by what criteria;
-is this fair and moral to be judged by the past
The only problem is that all these good questions are taken, and i can't think of any other good discussion questions. Help?Need help coming up with Gatsby discussion questions?
