Talk to a lawyer. You can legally change your name but not your birthday. It is up to each individual lawyer to set his fee for each item he takes care of. A new lawyer just getting established would probably be the cheapest.How can I change my identity?

Well every country and state has different laws if you can tell me where you live your age then I could give you an answer. You cannot change your date of birth.
If you gave a reason to why you want to change your identity I could give you an alternative solution as well. I can't see any reason why you would want to do this that doesn't already have a reasonable solution.How can I change my identity?
don't know about changing the info that the gov't has on you. but you can def change your identity and self and perception of the world... 3 little letters... L S D !!!!
try is and see where it takes you, heck, you might wake up in a diff city w/ a diff name and what not!!
