Create a flyer, brochure or postcard to mail out to all of the local businesses. Offer them some kind of incentive for trying your hotel - $50 off, free breakfast, etc. Once you have some people booking, treat them like gold. Corporate clients expect to be treated well to continue to give you their business.

A little piece of advise...make sure you spell check everything that you send out. Your question contains many incorrect spellings and the last thing you want to show your corporate clients is that you are not willing to take the time to give them the courtesy of a properly worded advert. That doesn't indicate quality to them, and that is what they are looking for.
