congratulations on your new you... i did that myself not long ago, all what you need is a strong will, you have to have some new goals and focus on them and promise that you will never let go again because maybe you won't get another chance
don't ever give up.. you may find some hinders.. get through them and go on make every thing count.. make every thing works for you not against you, trust your self to do the right thing.. and the most important thing that you have people you can trust, you can ask for their opinion and their help if you have to.... set your tools first before you go, before you start.... start the change from the inside first, you will it more.... i mean if you have some unfinished business between you and anybody..( male or female ) even yourself.. just clear it first.... and don't talk much about the change that you are about to do not to lose the meaning of it from inside, you may talk to one close Friend or your wife / husband, your mum..
