its imposable to ''start over'' there always be a part of your old life catching up to you, if this is what you actually want then you should talk to a counselor, you dont necessarily have to pay, there are many professionals who do that sort of think for free, like Samaritans, churchs, schools etcHow difficult is it to change your identity...?
I would imagine extremely difficult. It's a huge change.
