So what is the guarantee that u change ur ID %26amp; wont commit theft again?
If u r sure that u can over come ur habit.
You can change ur name legally, and apply for new passport (ur name on birth certificate will never change, so link will real ID will always be there but u dont use B'certficate for everything). But that doesn't mean that ur criminal record will just vanish, it wont, because if %26amp; when you will be asked for other names u have been using in past five years you are legally obliged to tell.
