I want to change my identity. Is this possible, and if so, how?

yes this is possible. your physical identity could be done by (if you want to go basics) a change of haircut, and style. change of dress style. or if you want an extreme, surgery or contact lenses to change eye colour (depending on how detailed you want to go). you can change your name by deed-poll at least in the UK, im not sure about other locations however.
