It's a sci- fi movie, probably from the late 1990's or early 2000's. It was about this guy who has a brother. Before he is born the doctors tell his parents that they should get rid of him because he will not be perfect. Because they like found a way to genetically choose how they want their baby to be like.
So he is born and they keep him and he has to wear glasses and like has an acute heart condition. Then his parents decide to have another child, but this time they are going to use the procedure in which they can make their baby. And so all that happens and they have like a special name for those who are perfect, and for those who are not but i forgot. And also everbody's job is chosen for them. So those who are perfect are gven jobs like scientist, doctors, Astronauts.etc. And those who are imperfect are like janitors and other things.
The character is really really intelligent and wants to be an astronaut but he can't with his imeprfection. So he changes identities with this guy named JEROME who is perfect but lost the use of his feet in an accident. and blah blah so in the end he does go to space and his brother is trying to stop him or something because they lose each other as they grow up. I basically know the whole movie i just can't remember the titleDoes anybody know this?
