I am a Vietnamese immigrant. I assumed somebody's identity to avoid being drafted into the Vietnam War. I've been using thid ID since 1967 from Vietnam to U.S.A. I missed a chance of changing back to my true ID when applying for U.S. citizenship. Now I want to restore my true identity in court as well as in Immigration Service Agency and Social Security Administration. Could some body kindly give guidance? Thanks in advance.How can I restore my true identity (name and birthday change) in court?
