I have no idea what you are actually on about, however I can vaguely understand that your friend is being persecuted by a cult and wishes to change her identity.

She needs to go find a pastor who knows the Word of God, and it's probably best to find one who also knows about the occults. If she has opened the door for them by being a part of them, she needs to renounce whatever she did. God says resist the devil and he will flee from you. If it's demonic attack, then she has renounce her attachment to the occult, accept Christ as Lord of her life and resist them and then they will flee from her. She needs to close the door behind her and trust Christ alone. Study the Word and use the Armour of God to protect her (Ephesians 6:10-24). Stop her lifestyle of sinning. If God does not decide to save her from them immediately, she can only be protected by the Armour of God if she is a believer. The armour works if you have faith in it. Warfare with the spiritual, I think, is more easy to deal with than with the physical. Satan and his demons fear the Word of God, and His power. They know that He's God, they just don't want Him to be. If you trust in God and believe and He is your Lord, they can't touch you. Know the Word of God, and know how to use it. Command them to leave in the Name of Jesus Christ, with FAITH and TRUST, and they will flee from you, I've done it many times. You have to have faith in Him and in His Words.
If it's real people that she got herself mixed with, she's in more trouble. Because now we have physical bodies to deal with. She needs the church to help her, she needs to be surrounded by strong Christians, be a believer and hopefully a pastor and a church somewhere can help her. The most important thing of all, if she doesn't believe, call upon the Lord herself, no one can save her. If she dies in this world unsaved...then she will not go to heaven. If a person is possessed, and you try to help her/him...I don't think you can if that possessed person wishes for the demon to remain in him/her.
If the case is that she's not a part of the occult...then it's better. Because then she doesn't have to deal with closing a door. But she probably is a part of it. Did she accept something from them or befriended them at one point? What's her connection to them? Was she once a part of them?
Again, she should immediately seek a pastor, a man of God, some one who believes her and takes it seriously. He and the church family can guide her and help.

I think he is saying that his friend needs to change her identity in order to escape the grasp of the hideous cult. The Christian conversion suggested above is not an immediate solution for escaping the grasp of a nefarious organization of this magnitude.
