I have been COMPLETELY frozen out of my main email account. How do I contact Yahoo to resolve this?

-I've had this same address for about 10 years without a problem.

-Password seems to have changed without me changing it.

-Identity confirmation questions are saying my answers are wrong when they're not.

-I can't figure out how to get ahold of a real person to help me with this, and I've tried every other option they offer, with no resolve.I have been COMPLETELY frozen out of my main email account. How do I contact Yahoo to resolve this?
This is tough.

You need to respond to the email you get when you submit this form.

Let me know if the issue is not resolved.I have been COMPLETELY frozen out of my main email account. How do I contact Yahoo to resolve this?
Since you can't get back on through the online site, you may have to try calling Yahoo! Account Verification. It's not a toll-free number, but you can call them at (408) 349-1572 during regular business hours California time.I have been COMPLETELY frozen out of my main email account. How do I contact Yahoo to resolve this?
Yahoo! takes account verification very seriously. Therefore, you must remember some very key information from your current account or from the time of registration. This information includes your DOB (date of birth), security question/answer, zip code, etc.

The first step in retreiving a forgot password is going to http://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_forgot to try and obtain it online. However, if you cannot retrieve it because you forgot some information, you will have to escalate this issue to the customer care team. The escalation form is located at http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/edit/c Just fill out this form and click 'Send' to escalate this to the Yahoo! registration customer care team.

Again, if you cannot verify the key components of your account now or at the time of registration, you will not be able to gain access to the account.

NOTE: Your DOB and security question/answer CANNOT be changed while logged into your account. Therefore, if you can verify these pieces of information along with some registration ifnormation from the time your created your account, you can get back on to your account.
