If I ever decided to completely change my birth name and identity how would I go about doing this?

Can I change my name, and how much is it to recostruct my face?If I ever decided to completely change my birth name and identity how would I go about doing this?
It depends on where you live.

In America, you start by contacting the court and making an application for a lawful name change. That allows you to use your new name legally, and leave the old one behind.

There are age limits though. I believe you have to be 18 to do this... maybe 21.

Only a qualified plastic surgeon can answer the second part of your question, but a reasonable guess would be $20,000 to $50,000 for starters. If I ever decided to completely change my birth name and identity how would I go about doing this?
Have you done something illegal? If I ever decided to completely change my birth name and identity how would I go about doing this?
just get a new haircut, or toupe instead of reconstructing your face, and you cant get a %26quot;legal%26quot; new identity if you have done something illegal - if you have never done something illegal ask your local public bureau for further information, but usually they dont change names without a plausible reason. for example if your name is osama, maybe it is allowed to be changed^^
